General terms and conditions for orders in the online shop on bad-jungbrunnen.de. This English version is provided for information only; the German version is legally binding.
§ 1 SCOPE & SELLER
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 BGB) through the online shop on bad-jungbrunnen.de. A consumer is anyone who makes a purchase mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

Any conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.
§ 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
How ordering works: you add products to your cart, choose the destination country there and click “Checkout”. You are taken to the checkout page of our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your email address, shipping and billing address and payment details and can still change quantities or remove items. Until you click the order-and-pay button you can review and correct all entries or cancel. Clicking that button is a binding offer to buy the goods.
We confirm receipt of your order immediately on the confirmation page and by email. The purchase contract is concluded once the payment has been completed. For payment methods with delayed confirmation (e.g. SEPA Direct Debit), the contract is concluded when we ship the goods or expressly accept the order by email, at the latest within five business days.
§ 3 LANGUAGE & CONTRACT TEXT
The contract language is German. We provide this English version for information only.
We do not store the contract text in a customer account you can access. You receive your order details by email. The current terms are always available on this page to print or save.
§ 4 PRICES & SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs per order are added and depend on the destination country (Germany €4.90, EU countries from €9.90). Current shipping costs are listed under Shipping & payment and shown in your cart and before you complete the order.
We deliver to Germany and to all member states of the European Union.
§ 5 PAYMENT
Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods (e.g. credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit) are shown on the checkout page. For methods such as Klarna, that provider's terms also apply, as indicated there.
The purchase price is due when you place the order. Card and wallet payments are charged immediately; SEPA direct debits after the pre-notification period.
§ 6 DELIVERY
Delivery times depend on the destination country and are listed under Shipping & payment and in your cart. We ship by parcel service to the shipping address you provide and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will let you know right away and refund any payment immediately.
§ 7 RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The details are in our withdrawal policy. You can withdraw easily using our “Withdraw from contract” function, by email or by letter.
§ 9 WARRANTY
Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected], ideally with a photo. Please report transport damage to the carrier as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
§ 10 PRODUCT INFORMATION
The bath salt is a cosmetic product for external use only. Do not swallow or inhale, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, keep out of reach of children. The inflatable bathtub is not a toy: never leave children unattended in the bath, keep away from sharp or pointed objects. Please follow the warnings and instructions on the packaging and the product page.
§ 11 DONATION
We donate 10% of every sale to addiction support and drug prevention organisations. The donation is made voluntarily from our revenue. It is not part of what you are buying and does not increase the price.
§ 12 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If there's a problem, just write to us and we'll sort it out.
§ 13 FINAL PROVISIONS
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
