HOW TO USE +
Full bath: add 2 level-full lids (150 g) to 150–180 l of warm water (38.8 °C), let it dissolve and soak for 90 minutes (pH 8.5–9), ideally in the evening before bed. Afterwards don't rinse off and don't apply lotion, just pat dry. Keep your hair out if you can, the salt tends to stay in it. Foot bath: 1/4 lid (approx. 16 g) to approx. 15 l of warm water.

Sodium Bicarbonate, Zeolite, Sodium Carbonate, Charcoal Powder, Quartz, Amethyst Powder. Behind the names: rock crystal & rose quartz (both INCI “Quartz”), amethyst, zeolite (volcanic mineral) and charcoal.
