We deliver to Germany and to all countries of the European Union. Shipping costs apply per order, no matter how many cans or tubs are in it. You choose the destination country in your cart.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
We ship as an insured parcel. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. For card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, the delivery time starts the day after your order; for SEPA Direct Debit, once payment has been received. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or public holiday at the delivery address, it moves to the next business day.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is handled securely by our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods depend on your country and are shown on the checkout page, e.g. credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. You also enter your shipping address and a different billing address there.
RETURNS
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The easiest way is “Withdraw from contract”. You bear the cost of returning the goods; see our withdrawal policy for details.
CUSTOMS
There are no customs duties within the EU. We currently do not deliver to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK, Norway).
