RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

How do I withdraw from my order?+

The easiest way is “Withdraw from contract” on this website. You'll get a confirmation of receipt by email right away. You can also withdraw by email or letter. You have 14 days from receiving the goods.

Who pays for return shipping?+

If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are defective, we cover the cost.

Can I return an opened can?+

No. The bath salt is sealed for hygiene reasons. Once the seal has been removed after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires for that can. You can return unopened cans within the withdrawal period.

When will I get my money back?+

No later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the payment method you used for the purchase. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you've shown proof of return.

The tub is losing air or the pump doesn't work.+

Write to us with your order number, a short description and ideally a photo or video. Statutory warranty applies: we'll repair, replace or refund.

USAGE

How much bath salt should I use?+

For a full bath, 2 level-full lids (150 g) in 150–180 litres of water at 38.8 °C; the can recommends 88 minutes. For a foot bath, 1/4 lid (approx. 16 g) in approx. 15 litres.

Do I need to shower after the bath?+

According to the instructions on the can, no: don't rinse off, don't apply lotion, just pat dry. Keep your hair out of the water if you can, the salt tends to stay in it. If your skin gets irritated, rinse with clear water.

What is the test strip for?+

It shows whether your bath water is in the target range of pH 8.5–9. You'll find the colour chart on the pH check page.

How do I set up the inflatable tub?+

Spread it on a level surface free of sharp objects, inflate both air chambers with the electric pump, then fill with water. Afterwards drain it via the hose, let it dry while still inflated, then fold it.

The salt has clumped.+

That's caused by moisture. Break up lumps with a dry spoon; the salt still dissolves in warm water. Always close the can tightly and don't store it next to the shower.

SAFETY & INGREDIENTS

What's in it?+

According to the packaging (INCI): Sodium Bicarbonate, Zeolite (Volcanic Mineral), Sodium Carbonate, Charcoal Powder, Quartz, Amethyst Powder, Rose Quartz Powder.

Can I use the bath salt during pregnancy?+

No. The warning on the can says not to use it during pregnancy.

Is it suitable for children?+

No. Keep the bath salt out of reach of children. Never leave children unattended in the inflatable tub.

I have sensitive skin.+

Test the bath salt on a small patch of skin first. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if irritation occurs, rinse with water. If you have known skin conditions, check with a doctor first.

What's with the drug humour?+

Bad Jungbrunnen is an ordinary bath salt for external use only: don't swallow it, don't snort it. The white-powder joke is satire with a stance: 10% of every sale goes to addiction support and drug prevention.
